The Office of Economic and Policy Analysis (OEPA) conducts research on a wide variety of economic development issues to inform government officials, business and community leaders, and the general public. These reports provide the basis for policy decisions related to international business and trade, the technology-based economy and regional economic development.

OEPA reports track progress towards the regional integration of Arizona and Sonora, identify barriers to efficient cross-border trade, and assess the status of infrastructure projects in border communities. In addition, OEPA monitors Arizona’s progress in high technology industry clusters commercializing university innovations and provides regional economic impact studies.
